The person behind your website

Brno, CZ

Three roles.

You work directly with me.

I’m Luke, based in Brno. I help you work out what you need from your website, then design and build it. I handle all three roles myself, so each decision carries through to launch.

Let’s meet
  • I ask what the website is for.

Who is the website for? What should people find or do there?

We turn your idea into a brief.

  • I give it a shape.

The brief becomes a structure, page layouts and controls. We review the design together.

You see the website before I build it.

  • I build the design too.

I connect the pages and features. We try them on computers and phones.

The approved design becomes a working site.

  • Three roles, one person.

The questions we started with stay with the project. The developer is me as well.

    You still talk to me.

Before we talk

A few useful answers.

  1. Can we start with just an idea?

Yes. We first work out who the website is for and what people need to do on it. I plan its structure, design the pages and build them once you approve the design. If you already work with a designer, I can handle development.

    How we work together
  2. Do you customise existing Shoptet stores?

Yes. I build add-ons and customise categories, product pages and variant selection. I start by reviewing your template and the specific problem. BIJU is an example of this work.

    BIJU case study
  3. How much will the website cost, and how long will it take?

We agree on the price and schedule before work begins, based on the pages, features and available content. Tell me what you need and whether you have a fixed deadline. We review what is ready and what needs creating so I can give you a specific proposal.

    Describe your project
  4. What do I need to provide, and what happens after launch?

Start by telling me about your business. We review your existing copy, photographs and brand assets, then agree who will prepare anything missing. We can review designs and progress online. At handover, we review how the site is run and managed; hosting, maintenance and later changes are agreed separately.

What shall we build?

Tell me what you need to create or change. A few sentences are enough; you do not need a finished design. We can work out the brief, design and next steps together.
