Do we have to replace the whole store?

Usually we can focus on a specific part. We review the template, add-ons and current behaviour, then plan a change that works with them.

How do you set the price and timeline?

They depend on the scope, features and available assets. After an initial discussion, we agree on the price, schedule and deliverables before work begins.

What happens after handover?

We review the finished work and I explain how to manage it. Further changes, maintenance and support are agreed around the project’s needs.
