    We test the main journey in a prototype and refine the controls before development.

    I build the agreed features. We check permissions, data handling and common error situations.

    We review the application together. I prepare deployment and hand over guidance for management and future changes.

Do we need to define every feature first?

No. We start with the main workflow and a prototype. That helps separate the first usable version from features that can follow later.

How do you set the price and timeline?

They depend on the scope, features and available assets. After an initial discussion, we agree on the price, schedule and deliverables before work begins.

What happens after handover?

We review the finished work and I explain how to manage it. Further changes, maintenance and support are agreed around the project’s needs.
