I run this website as Luke Václavek. Contact form messages are used to reply to enquiries and discuss further work. You can also email info@lukevaclavek.cz directly.

What the form sends

The form sends the name, email address, project type and message you enter. It is sent after you press the submit button. Do not include passwords, access credentials or sensitive personal information.

Delivery through Formspree

Formspree handles form delivery. It receives the form content and may process technical request information, such as the IP address or browser type. Its privacy policy explains the details.

Direct email and phone

If you prefer not to use the form, you can email or call directly. This contact method does not pass through the Formspree form.

Browsing the website

With your consent, Plausible measures page visits, traffic sources, campaigns and contact actions. An enquiry is counted only after the form service confirms receipt. Your name, email, phone number and message are never sent to analytics. Measurement also respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Your choice is stored in localStorage for 180 days. Withdraw consent using Analytics settings at the bottom of the page. Only after consent, campaign labels are saved in sessionStorage for 30 minutes and cleared on decline. Only known page paths and allowed UTM labels are sent, without other parameters or fragments. Referrers are limited to their origin.

The service also receives the request’s IP address and browser information. Plausible uses these to estimate visits and does not store raw IP addresses. This website uses no advertising pixels or advertising profiles.
